Pillow Care

Do not wash your down or down alternative product at home as it changes the density of the product. Your pillow, much like an article of clothing you wear every day for 7-8 hours, should last two to three years depending on how you take care of it.

If you feel the need to clean your product, we strongly suggest taking it to a professional dry cleaner that has experience caring for down or down alternative items.

It is important to take care of your pristine, sterilized down or down alternative pillows, so be sure to wash the outside zippered protector as often as your sheets. Keeping the protector clean and changing your sheets at least once a week will prolong the life of your down or down alternative product as well as keep it fresh, fluffy and supportive.

Additional Specific Care

Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Do not mix colors, do not bleach or use fabric softener. Tumble dry low heat, remove quickly. Warm iron, if desired. May be professionally cleaned. Be sure to remove the lavender sachet when washing your pillow protector!

Bed Linen Care

For a wrinkle-free look, promptly remove your bedding from the dryer once the cycle is complete. Our all-natural fibers are free from harsh chemicals that claim to eliminate wrinkles. If desired, lightly mist the duvet cover with water and gently iron it with a warm iron until smooth. Enjoy the natural beauty of our Signature Cotton Sateen Collection while achieving a polished appearance effortlessly.
